This drink supports your electrolyte balance and needs during light or short sessions, but can be used through the day as a supplement pre/post workout.

Highlights:

• Contains magnesium and vitamin C.
• Provides hydration as well as the replenishment of salts and minerals.
• Vitamin C promotes energy metabolism.
• Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of muscles.
• Natural, light, and fresh taste.
• Available in various flavors.

How to Use It:

Pop 1-3 tabs in a bottle, depending on your needs and sweat concentration. 1 tab will get you around 200mg of sodium. They can be added to your carb mix for more electrolytes or used as a supplement on their own.
