Combinations of collagen with magnesium and vitamins C and B are the ideal allies to ensure good sports performance. The daily intake of amlsport® collagen supplements with magnesium guarantees a correct protein, mineral and vitamin balance to strengthen the joints, bones and muscles of sportsmen and women and improve their post-training recovery.

Instructions for use

Take 6 to 9 tablets a day, divided between breakfast and dinner. It is recommended to take the supplements with food rich in vitamin C. Average contents per daily dose of: 6 tablets (4.3 g): hydrolysed collagen 3.6 g, magnesium 169 mg (45% NRV*). 9 tablets (6.5 g): hydrolysed collagen 5.4 g, magnesium 254 mg (68% NRV*).
