It is recommended for relieving heartburn, in the treatment of hiatal hernia and for digestive discomfort during pregnancy. Directions for use

Take 1 teaspoon twice a day. Average content per daily dose of 2 teaspoons (1.2 g): magnesium 289 mg (77% NRV*). If you do not suffer from heartburn, it is recommended to take it with lemon or orange juice, yoghurt or any acidic food.
