Ana Maria Lajusticia Tryptophan with GABA + Plasifora and Magnesium, Pack 6 x 60 tablets

Triptophan with Melatonin + Magnesium and Vitamin B6 is a food supplement that helps to improve rest and the natural circadian rhythm of the body and mind. It is an ideal combination for rest since it is not only a source of direct supply of exogenous melatonin, but also when combined with tryptophan, magnesium and vitamin B6 stimulates the synthesis of serotonin and endogenous melatonin. In addition, melatonin also stimulates growth hormone production, has antioxidant and neuroprotective properties. It improves sound quality and strengthens the immune system. The combination with tryptophan helps the production of tryptophan within the body. Magnesium and vitamin B6 aid recovery and neuromuscular rest, reducing contractures and relaxing muscles for greater rest.
