With its 8-in-1 combination, it helps to manage the main symptoms of the menopause, such as hot flushes and night sweats, thanks to hops and black cohosh; to reduce the time taken to fall asleep, due to its melatonin content; and to support memory, thanks to ginkgo. It also contains a vitamin complex to: support bone health (vitamins D3 and K2), and reduce tiredness and fatigue (B6, B9 and B12).
Composition
120 mg Ginkgo, 33.4 mg Hops, 20 mg Black cohosh, 1.4 mg Vitamin B6 (100% NRV), 1 mg melatonin, 200 µg vitamin B9 (100% NRV), 37.5 µg vitamin K (50% NRV), 5 µg Vitamin D (100% NRV), 2.5 µg Vitamin B12 (100% NRV).
Directions for use
Take 1 capsule a day, half an hour before going to bed.
