A food supplement with melatonin, GABA, L-tryptophan, magnesium and vitamins to help you fall asleep during the climacteric period. Formulated with GABA, L-tryptophan, vitamin B6 and magnesium, which promote and increase serotonin levels to reduce the incidence and duration of hot flushes. It also contains 1mg of melatonin, which will help you fall asleep, 100mg of hops extract, which will improve climacteric symptoms, especially hot flushes, and vitamin D, which will play an essential role in bone health. Gluten free. Lactose free.
Instructions for use
Take one capsule a day before going to bed with a large glass of water.
