Demi Vollering Tour Pack

Demi Vollering just won her second Tour de France Femmes, and she didn't do it on one good stage, she did it on nine, back to back, without fading. Her team tracked her fueling all race long, and this pack is that exact mix, scaled down from nine stages to a single 4-5 hour effort at around 100g of carb per hour.

Drink Mix 160 does the steady work, the base she leaned on stage after stage. Drink Mix 320 steps in for harder efforts where you need more carb without more volume. Gel 100 is built for quick moments that call for a fast top-up - a climb, a surge, a shift in pace. Gel 160 delivers a bigger hit when you want more fuel without reaching for another bottle. And Gel 100 Caf 100 is saved for the finish, a caffeine boost for the stretch when the effort matters most.

This isn't a race-day-only plan. It's the same product mix and pacing logic behind consistent, multi-hour output, whether that's a stage race, a long ride, or back-to-back hard training days.

How to Use the Demi Vollering Tour Pack

Start with Drink Mix 160 as your base, sipping steadily through the first stretch of your effort. When the terrain or intensity picks up, bring in Drink Mix 320 for a bigger carb load without adding another bottle.

Use the Gel 100s at the moments that need a fast top-up - the base of a climb, a hard surge, a shift in pace. Reach for Gel 160 when you want more fuel in one hit later in the effort. Save Gel 100 Caf 100 for the final stretch, when a caffeine lift matters most.
