What is it and what is it for?

Melatonin Bicapa Retard is produced by Drasanvi to provide all the benefits of a hormone that regulates the sleep cycle and whose alteration causes insomnia. This is because serotonin is necessary to produce melatonin, which is depleted by excessive stress and anxiety. Hence, the first layer of this supplement is made up of tryptophan and melatonin, aimed at naturally breaking the sleep disturbance cycle. It is intended to relieve irritability, headache, nausea, lack of concentration and general discomfort caused by insomnia.

The next layer contains valerian and passionflower, which help to relax the nervous system and, together with tryptophan, promote the production of serotonin.
