Instructions for use

Take 1 whole tablet a day 30 minutes before going to bed. When travelling: Take 1 whole tablet on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at your destination. It is recommended to take the whole tablet.

Ingredients

Ingredients: bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), magnesium oxide, stabiliser (methylcellulose, hypromellose), anti-caking agent (talc), niacin (nicotinamide), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), zinc bisglycinate (zinc), melatonin and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
