Everyday Athlete Performance Gels

Fueling a training day optimally means dialing in your energy demands before and after. Energy before, recovery after, and most athletes end up dropping the ball on one of them.

The Everyday Athlete Performance Gels are targeting fuel for the demands of daily training. Further, their Fuel System pairs Energy Gel and Refuel Gel into one daily routine, one gel 10 minutes before training and one 10 minutes after, without any work on your end to plan.

Energy Gel

Energy Gel is the pre-training half of the system. A moderate 75mg dose of caffeine, about what you'd get from a cup of coffee, pairs with beetroot nitrates and L-citrulline to support blood flow and steady focus, backed by a dual-carb blend built around the slow-release carb Palatinose. Take one packet 10 minutes before training.

Refuel Gel

Refuel Gel is the post-training half of the system. Whey protein and collagen peptides work on muscle and joint recovery while creatine HCl helps restock the energy your muscles burned through, with a dual-carb blend to refill glycogen. Take one packet 10 minutes after training. No caffeine.

Fuel System

One system instead of two separate decisions. Energy's caffeine and nitrates cover the front half of your session while Refuel's protein and creatine pick up the back half, working as a pair instead of two products you happened to buy at the same time.

Buying the pair together means you're not tracking two separate reorder schedules or running out of one gel while a stack of the other sits unused.

How to Use the Fuel System

Dose: One Energy Gel 10 minutes before training, one Refuel Gel 10 minutes after.

Extended sessions: For training blocks longer than an hour, add another Energy Gel every 30 minutes during the session.

Two-a-day training: On days with two workouts, it's fine to repeat both gels around each session.

Energy Gel contains caffeine (75mg per packet). Refuel Gel does not.
