Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to sleep).
Vitamin B6 helps the nervous system to function properly.

Directions for use
Take 1 gummy candy a day, 30 minutes before bedtime.
Ingredients
Glucose syrup, sugar, water, gelling agent: pectin (E-440), acidifier: citric acid (E-330), lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis), acidity regulator: trisodium citrate (E-331iii), coconut oil, strawberry flavouring, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin, colouring agent: anthocyanins (E-163), anti-caking agent: carnauba wax (E-903).
