FRNordic Naturals Complete Omega
Détails du produit
Dry skin, stiff joints, and a flatter mood than usual can all show up even when your omega-3 intake is dialed in, because those symptoms are also tied to two fatty acids most fish oils never touch: GLA and omega-9. Standard fish oil covers EPA and DHA and stops there. Complete Omega pairs that same fish oil with borage seed oil, so you're covering all three fatty acid families in one daily serving instead of just one — available as Standard soft gels, liquid, or the more concentrated Xtra soft gels.
A full fatty acid profile – Two Standard soft gels deliver 565mg of total omega-3s (EPA and DHA) plus GLA from borage seed oil and oleic acid, covering omega 3, 6, and 9 instead of omega-3 alone. Complete Omega Xtra concentrates that further to 1360mg of total omega-3s plus 76mg of GLA in two soft gels.
GLA support most fish oils skip – GLA is an omega-6 fatty acid tied to skin health, joint comfort, and mood, and it's rare to find it paired with EPA/DHA in a single softgel or liquid serving.
Soft Gel, Liquid, or Xtra, your choice – Take two lemon-flavored soft gels daily, a teaspoon of liquid for a higher-dose serving, or Complete Omega Xtra soft gels for the most concentrated omega-3 and GLA dose in the line, depending on which fits your routine.
Complete Omega blends purified fish oil (sourced from anchovies and sardines) with borage seed oil for GLA and naturally occurring oleic acid. Together, these support healthy skin, joint mobility, cognitive function, and a positive mood. The soft gel and liquid formats differ in concentration, with the liquid delivering roughly double the omega-3 and GLA per serving compared to the two-softgel dose; Complete Omega Xtra concentrates both further into a single 60-count soft gel format only.
