Going vegan or plant-based usually means giving up the EPA and DHA that fish oil provides, since the ALA in flaxseed and walnuts converts to those forms poorly at best. Ultimate Omega Plant-Based solves that by sourcing omega-3s directly from micro-algae, the same source fish get theirs from, and adding vegan vitamin D3 and K2 on top.
The same EPA and DHA as fish oil, without the fish – 1,210mg of omega-3s (660mg EPA and 440mg DHA) sourced from micro-algae, matching what Nordic Naturals' high-strength fish oil provides, not a weaker plant-based substitute.
Vegan D3 and K2 added in – 2,000 IU of vegan vitamin D3 plus 90mcg of vitamin K2 (MK-7), covering bone and immune support alongside the omega-3 base in the same soft gel.

This formula sources omega-3s from micro-algae rather than fish, delivering EPA and DHA levels equivalent to Nordic Naturals' high-strength fish oil formula.
