Directions for use

The daily dose varies depending on the desired effect. To reduce the time taken to fall asleep, take 1 mg of melatonin one hour before going to bed.

For jet lag, the beneficial effect is achieved by taking 0.5 mg before going to bed. This should be taken on the first day of travel and on the following days.

Do not exceed the recommended time. To continue this treatment for several months, guidance and authorisation from a healthcare professional is required.

Contraindications

Chronobiane tablets must not be taken by children or adolescents without a doctor’s prescription.

The product is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. It should also not be administered to people with inflammatory or autoimmune conditions, or to those with epilepsy or asthma.

Taking this food supplement may cause drowsiness. Its use is not recommended for people with personality, behavioural or mood disorders.
