How to Use Longevity Elite®

Dose: Take 1 teaspoon by mouth, held in your mouth 30 to 90 seconds before swallowing, on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals.

Note: This formula delivers 10mg of pregnenolone per serving, a higher dose than some of Quicksilver's other pregnenolone-containing products, so don't combine multiple pregnenolone products without accounting for the total.
