How to Use Membrane Mend®

Dose: Take 1 teaspoon by mouth twice daily, held in your mouth 30 to 90 seconds before swallowing, on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals. Repeat to desired dosage as directed by a healthcare professional. Use within 60 days of opening.
