What’s inside
Plant Strong Protein
Each scoop contains 20 grams of plant-based protein from brown rice, pea and pumpkin, 6 servings of greens from organic fruits and vegetables, polyphenols, omega-3 fatty acids from coconut, and digestive enzymes & probiotics to improve absorption and bioavailability.
BCAA
Each scoop contains 5 grams of the branched chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine in the optimal ratio of 2:1:1. These amino acids are stored in skeletal muscle and contained in each serving of our finely milled instant BCAA powder from fermented corn.
Why It’s There
Plant Strong Protein
Studies have shown that protein derived from natural plant sources result in less acidic body pH, reduced inflammation and no bad fats, hormones or antibiotics as compared to animal based protein.† In addition, getting protein from plant sources results in the added benefits of greens and fibre.
BCAA
Research has found that approximately 5 grams of branched chain amino acids increases muscle protein synthesis and decreases delayed onset muscle soreness when ingested alone and results in amplified benefits when combined with resistance training.
