FRSiS GO Electrolyte Drink Mix
Détails du produit
The GO from Science in Sport is designed with endurance athletes specifically in mind.
It's aimed at helping athletes stay hydrated while keeping energy (glucose) stores up. Both carbohydrate depletion and dehydration are two of the major causes of fatigue during endurance exercise lasting more than an hour.
However, a common mistake by endurance athletes is to consume too much or too little carbohydrate at inappropriate concentrations, which can cause a lack of absorption or those pesky GI issues.
SiS GO Electrolytes Removes the Guesswork
It's formulated with a perfect concentration for taking or easily digestible carbs and electrolytes to encourage optimal hydration and nutrient delivery. A combination of energy sources (two types of carbs) and electrolytes enhance your body’s ability to absorb water during exercise, maintain your endurance performance, and protect against cramping.
Plus, this product is Informed Sports Certified, so you know that what you see is what you get.
How to use SiS Electrolyte Drink Mix:
We use SiS GO Electrolyte during intense workouts to replenish those nutrients and electrolytes you sweat out! The serving size is key...2 scoops in 500 mL of water!
