The shark's skeleton is made up of cartilage and tough, elastic connective tissue, which is composed mainly of macro-proteins, calcium, collagen and glycosaminoglycans (complex carbohydrate). These substances have the ability to penetrate our joints, creating "building blocks" that combat wear and tear. Taking the shark cartilage dietary supplement revitalises the joints, because over the years, through genetics or simply through lifestyle, joints begin to deteriorate. Shark cartilage not only works by renewing the joints, but it has also been shown to inhibit angiogenesis, thus reducing the proliferation of blood vessels linked to osteoarthritis, which is largely responsible for the pain. This property is due to one of its proteins, which is found in greater concentration in the skeleton of the shark than in that of mammals.

Directions for use
Take 2 to 3 capsules a day. Keep in a cool, dry place.
