Thorne Melaton-5

Crossing time zones for a race or late training sessions throws off the body's internal clock in a way that can take time to correct. Thorne's Melaton-5 delivers 5mg of melatonin per capsule for when you need help getting to sleep or resetting your sleep rhythm.

A higher dose when you need it – 5mg gives you more room to work with than a standard 3mg dose, useful if you've found lower amounts don't move the needle for you specifically.

Just melatonin – No sugar no L-theanine, no valerian. If you already know melatonin works for you and don't want a blended formula, this is the straightforward option.

Supports the reset, not just the night – Melatonin's job is signaling your circadian rhythm, which matters most around travel and schedule shifts, not just as a nightly sleep aid.

Melatonin is the hormone your pineal gland produces to regulate your internal clock, and supplementing with it before your body's natural melatonin rise can help you fall asleep, stay asleep, and reach deeper sleep stages. It works partly by enhancing the effect of GABA, a calming neurotransmitter, through direct interaction with GABA receptors.

How to Use Thorne Melaton-5
