How to Use Thorne Undecylenic Acid
Dose: Take five gelcaps two to three times daily, or as recommended by your health-care practitioner.
After a course of antibiotics: Some people use this during or after antibiotic treatment, when gut flora balance tends to be more disrupted than usual, though you should talk to your healthcare provider about timing relative to your specific antibiotic.
