How to Use Victus Drink Mix Before:
Add 400 - 620 ml of water (depending on the desired taste), mix with a shaker or water bottle, and consume 30-45min before your training, as caffeine hits its peak between 60-120min. The sachets make it easy to pack them when you hit the road.
