Composition

Dry extract of propolis (Propolis, resin), dry extract of reishi (Ganoderma lucidum Karst, fruiting body), dry extract of elderberry (Sambucus nigra, fruit), dry extract of shiitake (Lentinula edodes, fruit), mixture of lactic acid bacteria (Megaflora® Evo: Lactobacillus acidophilus W22, L. plantarum W21/W1, L. paracasei W20, L. salivarius W24, Lactococcus lactis W19, Bifidobacterium lactis W51/W52, Enterococcus faecium W54), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), zinc gluconate, selenium-enriched yeast, excipients (maize starch and maltodextrin, FOS, inulin, maize dextrin, potassium chloride, hydrolysed vegetable protein, magnesium sulphate, amylase enzyme, manganese sulphate). Vegetable capsule: coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Directions for use

Take 1 or 2 capsules a day with breakfast or lunch. It is recommended to take two capsules a day when extra support is needed and one capsule a day for maintenance.

Daily maintenance use: it is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, preferably with breakfast or lunch. This dose is sufficient to maintain a good level of immune support in healthy people seeking to prevent illness.
Extra boost during times of increased demand: in the event of a cold, flu or other times when the body needs extra support, it is recommended to take 2 capsules a day (together or spread out over main meals).
