Zenement Melatonin Drops, 50 ml

Melatonin is a hormone found in our body and is responsible for regulating the sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin production begins at night when ambient light decreases. As its presence in the body increases, we are overcome by a feeling of sleepiness until we fall asleep. When dawn breaks, we wake up as melatonin reduces its presence. This natural cycle can be disrupted to such an extent that it becomes difficult to fall asleep. Melatonin drops by Zenement is a food supplement based on Melatonin, which helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The bottle contains 50 ml of a highly concentrated melatonin solution and has a dropper for easy dosage.
